Lincoln Park, Chicago
Born in Chicago, one way or another, I've always been involved in Real Estate. Since the age of 16, I worked during the summers renovating homes in Lincoln Park and spent much of that time learning to measure, prepare materials and execute the task at hand. During those two summers I undertood that I really wanted to have an impact on the spaces people used and lived in everyday. Later I returned to design, build and even develop many successful projects.

After graduating from The NYIT School of Architecture, with a minor in Construction Management. I had the opportunity to start my career in SoHo NY, spending two years as a Junior Architect for LVA Architects. Soon after short stints at William Tabler Architects & RG Architects, I made a business connection that I now call a friend. "Space Lab"
Shortly after starting my own design firm, Space Lab. I continued consulting for Grafico with projects located in Philadelphia, Atlanta, The Bronx and Chicago. In addition, while providing services for work on the prestigiuos Larchmont Yacht Club, Real Estate peaked my interest & I bought my first property. Little did i know it was going to be the best investment to date, netting 3.5x ROI in 18mo. (I'll tell you all about that over some coffee)
"Back Home" Chicago
After spending 10 years in New York, I decided to return back home, to Chicago. Prior to my real estate career, I began working with some of the most talented Designers, Builders , Architects and Developers in the industry. I was fortunate and maybe lucky to have projects featured in LUXE home magazine, The Chicago Tribune and Interior Design Magazine. In addition, I earned the business of one of the most beautiful showrooms in Chicago's Merchandise Mart, PORCELANOSA.

Now with over 17 yrs of experience in design/build and an additional 5 years as a broker.
